The Restaurant
Cicilardone Restaurant was born in 1974 in one of the most popular and vibrant corners on Via Merulana.
In 1994 it moved near Santa Maria Maggiore becoming Cicilardone Montecaruso. Nestled in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, our restaurant was born with the aim of offering the best of traditional Lucanian with some reference to Roman cuisine following the recipes handed down for generations by our family and using only the most genuine ingredients and the freshest raw materials.
